Information for the Public
Alpha Laboratories is a supplier of diagnostic kits for use by professional medical personnel within a clinical laboratory or doctors surgery. These products are sold only to clinical professionals for use in medical diagnostic or screening programmes. They are not available to the general public for home testing.
We are unable to provide any clinical advice to patients or assist with personal healthcare or test enquiries related to the diagnostic products we supply. For all such enquiries please refer directly to your healthcare provider.
Any orders placed on this website for diagnostic kits or reagents, can only be delivered to a hospital, clinic, GP surgery or business address and not to a domestic address. This also applies to our Research Reagents which may be restricted chemicals and therefore cannot be delivered to a domestic address.
Whilst some of the sample collection procedures from diagnostic kits may be carried out at home, the performance of the tests and analysis of results must be done by professionals in a clinical environment. This is to ensure correct procedures are followed, avoid potential interference from procedural or clinical conditions, certify accurate interpretation of results and provide professional follow up. As such these tests are NOT VALIDATED for use by non-professionals.
